Using this site
The site and its content are provided for general information about our services. Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or a commitment to begin work.
Proposals and scope
Every project begins with a written proposal describing the agreed scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment schedule. Work outside that agreed scope may need a separate written change request and quote.
Payments
Project deposits, milestones and due dates are set out in the proposal or invoice. We may pause work when an agreed payment is overdue until it is resolved.
Your content and approvals
You are responsible for having the right to use content, trademarks, images, product information and data you give us. Timely feedback and approvals help us meet the agreed timeline.
Ownership
Once all agreed project payments are complete, you receive the rights to the final agreed deliverables described in your proposal. Pre-existing tools, methods, third-party software and reusable components remain subject to their own licences.
Delivery and liability
We will deliver the agreed work with reasonable professional care. Where permitted by law, our total liability relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, or third-party platform outages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be handled in good faith through discussion between the parties.
