When you contact us through the form, WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, website or social link, and your message. We do not use advertising trackers or sell enquiry data.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the project. That may include replying by email or WhatsApp, preparing your free digital audit, and sharing project updates.
What we never do
We don't sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own marketing. Your business details, catalogue and customer data stay yours — during and after any project.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept while your request is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. If you would like your details deleted, email us and we will action the request promptly, unless we need to retain limited information to meet a legal obligation.
Third-party services
This site is hosted on Netlify, which processes lead-form submissions on our behalf. WhatsApp conversations take place on WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. Each provider handles data under its own policies.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we'll act promptly, except where we must retain limited information to meet a legal obligation.
